1. About Our Services

Anchorline offers three services: a Welcome Sorting Session (฿3,600), a Plain-Language Information Workshop (฿9,400), and a Year-Round Organising Membership (฿23,500 per year). All services are concerned with organising pension-related paperwork and providing general, informational explanations of how common pension documents are typically structured.

Our services are educational and organisational in nature only. Nothing provided by Anchorline — whether in a session, a workshop, written materials, checklists, or any other format — constitutes financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, investment guidance, or any form of regulated service. If you need regulated guidance, you should consult a suitably qualified professional.

Any documents you bring to a session remain yours at all times. Anchorline does not retain copies of your personal documents after a session ends.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By booking a session or enrolling in a membership, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Workshop sessions are conducted in English. Anchorline does not currently offer sessions in other languages, though our written reference materials are clearly laid out to aid comprehension.

3. Booking & Payment

Making a Booking

Bookings are made through our contact form or directly by telephone or email. A booking is confirmed once we have responded to acknowledge it in writing. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.

Payment

Payment is due prior to the session or workshop. For the Year-Round Organising Membership, payment covers one full year from the commencement date. We will confirm acceptable payment methods at the time of booking.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes where required by law. Prices are subject to change; any change will not affect a booking that has already been confirmed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation by You

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before a scheduled session or workshop will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled start will not be eligible for a refund, but we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date.
• For the Year-Round Organising Membership, cancellations within the first 14 days of the membership year will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused portion. After 14 days, the membership fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation by Anchorline

In the event that Anchorline needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will notify you as promptly as possible and offer either a full refund or an alternative date at your choice.

5. Conduct & Participation

All participants are expected to treat our staff and fellow participants with courtesy and respect. Anchorline reserves the right to ask any person to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive or inappropriate. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

Workshop content is prepared for general group audiences. Session facilitators will not address individual circumstances or provide personalised responses during group workshops.

6. Intellectual Property

All written materials, checklists, guides, and reference documents provided by Anchorline remain the intellectual property of Anchorline. They are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials with third parties without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Anchorline's services are informational and organisational only. We do not make recommendations regarding individual financial decisions, and any general information provided during sessions should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your personal circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Anchorline's liability arising out of or in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

8. Website Use

Our website at anchorlinex.world is provided for general information purposes. While we take care to keep content accurate and current, we make no warranty that information on the website is complete, up to date, or free from error.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Anchorline is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

9. Privacy

The collection and use of personal data in connection with our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Updated terms take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
