Why Anchorline

What Makes Our Approach Different

No Rush, No Pressure

Sessions move at whatever pace suits you. There is no timetable to keep and no sense of urgency. Just a steady, supportive space to work through documents at your own speed.

Plain, Everyday Language

Pension paperwork often uses dense wording. Our sessions translate common document terms into language that most people can read clearly, without needing a specialist background.

Neat, Labelled Structure

We help you arrange documents into a clear system with consistent labels so you can find what you need later without having to search through a pile again.

Group and One-to-One Options

Some people prefer a quiet individual session; others find shared workshops more comfortable. Anchorline offers both, so you can choose what fits your situation.

Central Bangkok Location

Our office is located on Rama IV Road in Pathum Wan, easily reachable by BTS or MRT and within walking distance of several major transport links in the city centre.

General Information Only

All content at Anchorline stays at a general, educational level. We do not give personal recommendations or specific assessments — just clear, factual information about how documents are structured.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly happens during a Welcome Sorting Session?
You bring whatever pension-related paperwork you have — letters, statements, policy documents — and we work through them together in a calm, unhurried way. We sort them into labelled groups by type and date, and explain in plain terms what each general category of document usually contains. No advice on what to do with them; just a tidy, well-labelled starting point.
How is the workshop different from a one-to-one session?
The Plain-Language Information Workshop is a small group session where participants learn together how pension documents are generally structured. It covers common terms, standard timelines, and typical document types in a shared classroom setting. The Welcome Sorting Session is instead focused on your own paperwork specifically, in a private one-to-one arrangement.
Do you give personal pension recommendations?
No. Anchorline is an information and document organising service. We do not assess, evaluate, or make any recommendations about your personal pension arrangements, financial position, or future decisions. All content we provide is general and educational only.
What kinds of documents should I bring?
Any paperwork connected to your pension arrangements — this might include annual statements, policy letters, employer correspondence, government letters about your entitlement period, or forms you have received but not yet fully understood. There is no need to pre-sort anything; that is what the session is for.
How much does each service cost, and what does it include?
The Welcome Sorting Session is priced at ฿3,600 and covers a single organising appointment. The Plain-Language Information Workshop is ฿9,400 per person, including workshop materials. The Year-Round Organising Membership is ฿23,500 annually and includes multiple check-in sessions and access to reference checklists throughout the year.
Can I join the membership partway through the year?
Yes. Membership can start at any time and runs for twelve months from the date it begins. You do not need to wait for a particular calendar date to join. Simply contact us and we will explain how the arrangement works in practice.
Where are sessions held?
Sessions take place at our office at 76 Rama IV Road, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330. The building is accessible by both BTS Skytrain and MRT and has nearby parking. If you have mobility requirements or need directions, please let us know when you get in touch.
